According to spanish law, an owner directly or by his customers, can no make annoyances to anothers coowners
We have severals ways to defend us
Firts one is to send a burofax to the owner explain the problem and thrat him to start legal actions if he do not take answers
Another one its to send the burofax to the president of the comunity in order to force the comunity to enter inside our problem and defend us
Both cases could be taken at the same time.
