I am an spanish attorney
The owner who does not want to change them could go to the metting whre the agrement will be taken and to make opossite to the decission
If the agrement is taken, the comunity will be forced to change them BUT the person who made oposition to the agrement will have no to pay a penny at all
So if somebody votes no to do it he can no be forced to pay, even when if the majority decides to do it the comunity have to do it
This does not relate to my problem. Please understand my problem.
