Not in Astiruias, criminal law its just the same all spain arround
To hit a person its a criminal offence
The person who hit could get a fine, a penalty, and the obligation to pay an indemization
Its true that its different when a woman hites or a man hites
When its a man who hit a women its judged in an special court
When its a woman who hits its judged in a ordinary crimianl court
It is tried to defend woman because od it

Its completaly ilegal
The criminal code no to allow it
The person who hit ( woman or man ) will be sancionated
