Hi Sir,

 

In Spain the licences to open the business have to be given by the city hall. You should take the plans of the tecnician and go with them to the city hall licences department in order to show them and recibe the notes they have to make with the own rules of these city hall because all of them have diferent rules.

There is not a diferent licence for busness and alchohol, just one wich is given for the cityy hall.

With the plans you got of your architect, in the city hall, ask for your licence, only you have to get one, no more
