The only problem ist with taxes

taxes and comunity expenses where they are

Creditor could go into court asking for his right and asking for selling judicially the villa in order to get his money

but ther is not a penalty

My advice its to go tio the city village, asking for debts impaid, and the comunity if there is asking for impaid cuotes

Then you paid all of them and there willl be no more expenses

But no penalty at all anyway
