My ex-husband and I own an apartment at Murcia , it has been on the Market since December for 130 , 000 euro . we owe 105 thousand euro mortgage so to break even we can't reduce the price. The problem is that we have to pay about 700 euro per month between us , my situation at the moment is that I can't afford the payments while my ex can only afford his half , I have put it to him that I would sign the property over to him but has already stated that he couldn't afford the full repayment on his own . So my question is what would happen if I didn't pay , would it have any repercussion on my status in England.
Already Tried: Tried talking to bank , they have give 3 months of not paying mortgage. Tried getting rentals ,but to no avail.
