Dear Sir / Madam,We live in a very tranquil urbanisation right on the beach. Last summer a "business" (group of 2/3 individuals) set up a business where they offer parachute rides up and down the beach. The ride lasts about 20 minutes and there can be as many as 15 plus rides a day.The issues I have is that the actual "parachute" that they use for the "ride" is propelled by a engine that sounds like a moped without a silencer - which, as you can imagine is very noisy and seriously disturbing.They also pass about 20 - 30 meters high right over our home and up and down the beach where people are trying to relax and have some privacy.I do not understand how they have been allowed to run the business it is a real infringement to my personal privacy and a public disturbance.Thankyou for your time, I much look forward to hearing form you.Sean.
