Homeowner house repossessed by bank 4 yrs ago.Men & locksmith turned up at my home on Monday said I had to leave,I refussed and asked where is my eviction notice.They had none.They left telling me I had 1 month to move or they remove me/with police.The questionCan they evict me without serming me an eviction notice ?Chris.
Already Tried: 1.Rang the bank,would not talk to me. 2.Rang Denia Court/blank without a ref or a notice 3.Will be calling at the Justice of the Peace on Monday to see if any corrispondance 4.Checked our postbox.
