I am Living on a farm and my neighbour is busy destructing

I am Living on a farm and my neighbour is busy destructing my road that leads to my property. We have access on this road since 1977 when my father purchased the property. My next door neighbour has an annexure to his title deed for a servitute registered for a road on the neighbour that is destucting our roads title deed. The servitute states that he has a road 40 feet wide. Currently our road is less than 3m wide due to the fact that this neighbour of ours is constantly messing around on our road. He has now removed all water outlets and is creating a river. Please advise on the way to trreat this as one cannot enter into conversations with him since he speaks to no one. Thanks

Could you please provide more detail of the dispute? What is your neighbour doing exactly that is destroying your access road? Could you perhaps draw a sketch and add it here as a picture? Is his servitude road overlapping with yours?
