How do I stop building on land that was illegaly sold by a liquidator who never had creditors meetings
I just found out
Good day. The only way in which you can do that is to approach the High Court to obtain an interdict to halt all building on the property until the court can decide whether the sale of the property was legal or not. You will have to bring the application for the interdict together with an application to have the sale reversed. Please note that I will be unable to comment on the merits of your application and can only advise you on what you should do to stop it.This will necessitate the services of an attorney and advocate, unfortunately.
