It depends on when you were liable to pay them for this service. Say, for instance, you were to pay within six months of receiving the service then, yes, you would not be able to claim prescription. If the account was immediately payable, then no, the claim has become prescribed provided that none of the above exclusions apply.
If the claim has prescribed, the Regulations to the National Credit Act specifically forbids them to do this.
