Hi I received your email today & not being very computer literate I don't know what to do. My original question was asking if you got my bank transfer of money to renew, as I keep getting emails telling me 7 days -6 days etc. before my security finishes. Am I covered? or do I have to download something? I am totally confused. The other thing is I put the given password ***** & it's not accepted. Can you help with any of this?
JA: Just to clarify, what's the make and model of your machine, and what operating system are you running?
