You cannot get analytics for any accounts or websites that you are not an admin of. Setting up analytics requires access to the account.

However, there are a lot of tools that you can use to estimate some of the metrics for other websites.

To get some information about traffic and to compare it with yours you can use

You can also get some insights about social and content metrics there.

If you have the credentials then you can use

Twitter has its own analytics platform for Twitter accounts.

The site is divided accordingly into 3 different categories: Tweets, followers and Twitter Cards. It allows you to take your data to a more detailed level. Click on any Tweet to get a detailed view of the number of retweets, replies, favorites, follows, impressions, number of clicks, etc.

Or you could try Hootsuite -
