Hello, my name is***** me see if I can try to help you. So there are a number of different ways to transfer data between 2 computers. If they are on the same network you can make a shared folder on the Windows 7 machine and access that folder from the Windows 10 machine to manually move the items. Additionally you can connect an external hard drive or thumb drive and move the data. A faster solution is Microsoft's software that has a cost of $15 but it does all the work for you. Check it out here. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/transfer-your-data. Let me know which route you would like to take and i can assist!
