JA: What kind of computer do you have?
Customer: dell
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: no
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Everything is in my husbands account and name and he has put in his credit card number and tried to reinstate but has not been able to no prior warning just shut off our account last night
