i just registered with adobe and purchased illustrator and when i selected the download button it brings me to a blank screen
JA: What kind of computer do you have?
Customer: chromebook 15 acer
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: no
JA: Anything else you want the software expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: only one small thing....i wanted the free month trial but i believe it charged me because i didnt think it worked when i tried to download the free month trial so i went back and paid for it but thats not very important right now
