JA: When did you last reset your username and password?
Customer: a couple months ago in 2016
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: no. I don't seem to trust doing that. Don't know if it you or someone else. I am a computer duffus.
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Yes. An old, circa 2000, email address from a company who has not been in business for 30 years-***@******.*** pops up from time to time and I think messes up my account. need to get that off this computer. That , PLUS, I was just informed this morning that I had been hacked. Need to change the password *****

I thought I would get a different kind of answer. I have solved my problem. I am quitting Yahoo and avoiding any more $36 do it yourselfers. Not funny. If Yahoo can't answer a phone then they get what they deserve. I am out of there. And thoroughly disgusted.
