How to I save a document to .pdf? I've tried saving on my computer after scanning and clicking on .pdf, but when I call up the document it comes out as an abode acrobat document.
JA: Just to clarify, what's the make and model of your machine, and what operating system are you running?
Customer: Windows 7 with a Brother DCP-L25400W printer/scanner
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: No, I don't think so.
JA: Anything else you want the software expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Oops. I did install a converter from blue snap, but never figured out how to use it.

A PDF is a type of file. Adobe Acrobat is a PDF viewer which allows you to open the PDF and it is most likely your default PDF viewer program. Your file should be saved as PDF file when your saving it.
