I am not sure. I have forgotten my main password ***** my user name on my account. It says to contact a management rep but I cannot find a phone number to do that. My debit card was canceled due to fraud and I am thinking one problem is my account may be past due
JA: Have you contacted anyone about your account?
Customer: I am unable to find a phone number to do that the only numbers I can find are dial up access phone numbers
JA: What's the brand/model/Operating System (OS) of your computer?
Customer: Windows 10
JA: When did you purchase your computer? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Its a new system that I havent had very long and I am not really knowledgeable about using the new system. So perhaps I am done something wrong. But.. I do need to find out if I need my change my debit card for billing
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I have had the computer for a year.. But I am an accountant and tax preparer.. thats the only thing I really use on this computer.
