Hi Pearl! Happy New Year. I have a new Lenovo computer with W10 installed. It worked fine for a couple of days, but now I have lost access to many apps and I cannot get them from the store. I cannot even get to the store app. I have done a sys restore prior to anniv. update 12/30 but it does not resolve. I have been checking FAQs, but not sure what to do next. can you help?
