I am trying to install McAfee internet security. I got to the second step and there was a problem with the installation. I quit the installation and I am trying again but this time it says the card has already been redeemed.
JA: How much experience do you have with this particular machine?

JA: Have you installed any updates recently?

Not sure what card redemption has to do with installation. Assuming you didn't delete the install bundle, there's no reason we can't try again.

What sort of "a problem with the installation" did you encounter? Please be more specific.
