I don't seem to have my computer set up to do a back up. I thought i had continuous backup selected.
JA: Just to clarify, what's the make and model of your machine, and what operating system are you running?
Customer: Toshiba laptop running Windows 10. Does this answer your question.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: I checked and i am current with updates
