a few days ago I tried to sign up for an addition that blocks anyone from watching what I am doing on the internet. I think the price for 2 years was something like 59.99. I tried to order it but after several tries after I pushed the complete button it wouldn't do any thing. I kept checking to see if I made any errors but didn't find any. Ever since then a window pops up and says that I have not completed the order.

Customer: not recently but I have in the past
