I was unable to renew my expired subscription at the $69. level I wanted because the screen wouldn't let me, so I followed through at the $89. level to get

I was talking about the renewal of McAfee security that had lapsed. I was unable to renew it at the $69.00 level as I had previously had and was forced to sign in to the $89.00 level. It still pops up on the screen that I haven't any coverage even though I ran it through all the prompts to get the service. I did NOT wish to pay you guys even $5.00 to 'answer' why I was not getting the security I had just paid for. What is going on here? I'm not in need of software advice from you guys, I just want my McAfee service back.
