I'm having trouble with Adobe Digital Editions. I can't add an e-book. I have been on with tech support from the vendor (RS Means) and they tried to remotely uninstall (so they could reinstall) Adobe Digital editions and it can't be removed.
JA: How much experience do you have with this particular machine?
Customer: I have been using it for several years.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: I think so, regularly, automatic. Not 100% sure.
