Customer: I'v tried everything that an 80 year old can do.all iwant is Skype to get my auto renewal that so difficult????

Customer: I've done nothing legal or have for the third or fourth time suspended my account

Skype has suspended my auto recharge 3 or 4 times because they don't update my card details and keep using a card which was cancelled years ago.I tried to use your website to correct and you have charged me +/_ $70 instead of 2x$5. Is there anybody at skype who understands the following--I want to re-instate autocharge with my current credit card
