every time I try to open something through internet explorer it wont open
JA: What kind of computer do you have?
Customer: dell
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: I'm not sure. the computer auto updates on its own
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: when this happens, I have been restarting the computer, some times it helps most times it doesn't.

I don't get a message. en email link wont open or I try to print something and the print confirmation does not come up. sometimes I try to open a link in a website that I've don't a thousand times and it just wont do anything. A lot of this seems to be related to adobe acrobat.

Please do the following in Internet Explorer

Click Tools (the gear wheel top right) than Internet Options

Click on the General Tab and Delete all Temporary Internet Files.

Than click the Advance Tab and click Reset

Then restart the computer and tell me how it now operates please.
