I HAVE RECEIVED NOTIFICATIONS ON MY COMPUTER THAT MY MCAFEE HAS ANOTHER 15 DAYS BEFORE EXPIRY. \ON aUG. 21, 2015 |I PURCHASED A 3 YEAR SUBSCRIPTION THAT STARTED ON sEPT. 2, 2015 UNTIL SEPT. 2, 2018. MY ORDER # IS CS1582891574. would YOU PLEASE CHECK THIS OUT AND CONFIRM THAT I AM OK UNTIL SPET2/2018.
JA: Just to clarify, what's the make and model of your machine, and what operating system are you running?
Customer: THE MAKE IS ACER ES17. I HAD PURCHASED THIS WITH MY DELL COMPUTER BUT IT HAS BROKEN DOWN.
