I have a $50.00 charge on my credit card from Skype and I don't know why. I have not had any dealings with Skype so there shouldn't be any charges. Please help me with this situation.
JA: What kind of computer do you have?
Customer: Apple
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: No, I don't want Skype on my computer any more. I think this is a scam from another company.
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Can i talk on the phone with someone about this? I don't want to do this on the computer. Can't I talk with someone on the phone?
