Malwarebytes has blocked my stock charting app, Freestockcharts.com; any suggestions?

Customer: No, just downloaded Malwarebytes yesterday.

Thank you for writing back with that information. This is indeed happening because you are using the paid version which means that Malwarebytes is actively protecting your system in the background.

In this case, you need to add an exception in your Malwarebytes to stop blocking the particular program. Here are the steps:

  1. Open your Malwarebytes program
  2. Click on the SETTINGS link at the top
  3. Click Malware exclusions in the right panel
  4. Click on ADD FILE or ADD FOLDER
  5. In either case, you need to locate the file (executable file) or the entire folder of your charting program
  6. Then ADD it
  7. Close Malwarebytes and it shall stop blocking the program from then on
