I have a really nice desktop an HP Pavillion Elite HPE-170f when windows offered to upgrade to 10 I was hesitant but finally gave in. Now the problem is HP doesnt have driver support for this computer and my USB media slots don't respond to my inserting the cards. What can I do?
JA: Just to clarify, what's the make and model of your machine, and what operating system are you running?
Customer: HP Pavillion Elite HPE-170f was designed and installed with Windows 7 home premium but took the free upgrade to Windows 10
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: No it won't let me
JA: Anything else you want the software expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I have scanned for Malware and nothing....have Vipre and find nothing wrong

Have you tried to update the USB drivers directly from HP?
