People do not contact you from Microsoft if your computer is hacked. It is a scam. Even if the company is

legit, they solicited you under false pretenses.

First thing you want to do is call your bank and immediately cancel the payment im sure they told you to send them.

Refute it.

Then we have to go in your computer, get your emails back and clear everything they put on there. Change all your passwords

afterward and secure your accounts.
