Thank you for writing back with that information and I am very sorry about your issues. This error can be caused by another security software installed on your system alongside your Norton. It can also be due to a failed install when the product is being upgraded to a newer version.
Did you try to upgrade your Norton recently?
Also, can I remotely access your computer so that I can directly check and fix the problem while you watch on your screen?
