When I open Adobe Design Suite CS3, it says I have 5 days to reactivate or I can no longer use it. But when I tried to aciivate, it did not work. Then I called the toll free number and the message said it was no longer being used. So, I tried the adobe website but it did not come up.
JA: What kind of computer do you have?
Customer: Dell computer recently updated from Windows 8 to Windows 10
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: I don't think so.
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I am in my 70s and not a computer wiz.

Do you remember where you originally purchased the CS3?

I am almost positive I bought it at Sam's Club. It came with several Adobe programs.
Adobe Illustrator CS3, Adobe InDesign CS3, Adobe PhotoShop CS3. All of them need to be reactivated or will expire in 5 days.

that was actually an offer for phone call only. however, remote assist would be better, and i can also call you with that if necessary.

hmm . it says there was a payment failure. usually you need to use a different billing method (credit card) to fix that.

Have you found your disks and original package with serial number?
