JA: When did you last reset your username and password?
Customer: don't know . A long time aGO.I have from my new I pad a code number which amazon or aol gave me and they said it was invalid just yesterday.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: Not that I know of. I don't even know what an update is.
