I am going crazy trying to open the 85 + books I have

Customer Question

I am going crazy trying to open the 85 + books I have previously purchased from KOBO books on a second reader. I got them all into the reader "bookshelves", but can open none now. They are all blocked by Adobe Digital Rights Management....even the ones I had downloaded and opened earlier. I think it has something to do with changing the registration of the reader from my name (I bought it) to the new owners name. But I cannot undo that now. She apparently has an Adobe ID, but we don't know what it is. You have sent me three e-mails now with an htpp access code....but I cannot open this. I am stuck after many tries. Help please. I am unable to access KOBO on either Reader. They indicate a systems error....and on the affected Reader I have just received an "Opps. Server trouble message from KOBO. I have to contact them..... I think we should give up on this exercise with Just Answer for now. I cannot proceed with your instructions. Thanks. I do not expect to pay for this assistance as we were unable to accomplish anything. Jeanna *

Okay, thank you.

I will send a request to customer service. Please do not use the rating system otherwise it will delay the process.
