I am working on a Windows 10 home computer and use a remote desktop via CAG access for the federal government. I was told there was some issue with Citrix access and the latest windows update. Version 1607 was installed on my computer. In order to get around the issue with Citrix, I was advised to uninstall the that version of the windows update but now I am unable to access my remote desk. Can you help me with that?
