I'm sorry about the issue. Does this issue occur when you open Safari app on your iMac computer?
Please reply at the box below. Thank you,
Please try the following fix:
- In the Safari app, click on the Safari menu at the top, then click on Preferences
, then click on the General tab at the top
, then delete everything in the Homepage box
, then click on the Extensions tab, and if you see any Norton item there, then delete / uninstall it.
, then close the window (and save if prompted)
, then click on Safari menu at the top, then click on Quit Safari
, then wait a bit, then re-open Safari app and see if it works fine now.
- If that does not work, in Safari app, click on Safari menu at the top, then click on Quit Safari
, then wait a bit
, then press and keep holding the Shift key on the computer's keyboard while opening the Safari app
, once the Safari app is open, release the Shift key
, then see if it works fine now.
