Purchased Kas. Internet Security program. Followed

Purchased Kas. Internet Security program. Followed instructions to install. Stopped with "an error has occurred during installation of Microsoft.Net Framework 4.0. Returned to Staples for help but tech couldn't make a difference. Called Kas. on phone this am. Received email but I'm not very knowledgeable about computers. Took email back to Staples. (Different) tech still not able to install. Back home, typed in info from the email and only get "530 Login incorrect." Can you help me from there to install this program?
