we are getting this error all the time now on documents. we get it on ADobe X1 and Adobe DC. How do we get this working again:
Acrobat could not access the recognition service because: Unable to locate the Paper Capture recognition service. Your installation may be corrupt. This is probably due to either a low memory situation or an corrupt installation. If the problem is not cleared up by shutting down other applications and /or rebooting, then please re-install Acrobat.
we have tried all of that and nothing is working. we need answers now. thanks.
