What version of Acrobat are you using? For example Acrobat DC
What exact steps are you using to scan , and use the OCR software in your acrobat? If you are not sure, please check the link below for acrobat DC. Is this what you are doing? Note that your acrobat must execute the OCR (optical character recognition) on your scanned PDF to convert it to text. I also need to know if you are using the latest Acrobat DC , or another version. To check this, try pressing F1, or going to help, then about.
Sorry, but it appears the payment has failed for the remote service. You can try a different payment method, or I can continue to help you without making a remote connection to your computer. It may take longer this way, but I think we could solve the problem either way.
Are these boxes red in color?
In your original question you mention getting into a document, however, now you are asking about editing boxes, so I'd need to make a remote connection to interact and see what's going on there. Let me know if you'd like to do this by accepting the remote offer, or if not, I can opt your question out to other experts.
sorry , it looks like there was another payment failure for the remote service.
I don't see how cutting and pasting will work. However, you could try to use shift and print screen keys, and make a screen capture to send to me here. Do you know how to do that?
What version of Windows are you running?
Are you running Windows 7 or 8 or 10? Which one?
Pressing both the Windows and Print Screen key at the same time will capture the entire screen. This image will automatically be saved to a Screenshot folder inside of the Pictures library.
Do this, and then upload the picture to me as a reply here. thanks.
it is a key on your keyboard. please look for it near scroll lock and pause.
I'm really thinking I need to make a remote connection to sort out this problem for you. Would you be able to use a different card for payment?
That's fine. Just reply back to me when you are ready to make the remote connection. The question will stay open. I will also be back online in a few hours. Thanks and sorry for the inconvenience, but sometimes the remote is the best or only way to go for problems like these.
