I am trying to let my Epson CX7400 allow me to change an ink cartridge. When I go to the control panel, maintenance tab, to tell it I want to change an ink cartridge, I get a discovery print provider dll has stopped working note. I am stuck!
JA: How long has this been going on?
Customer: I just noticed it yesterday when my black ink printing got light.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Looking on the web for help.
JA: The software expert can solve this for you. Anything else you want him to know before I connect you two?

I'm sorry about the issue. If you just open the printer's cover (open the scanner), then press the Stop button, does it let you remove the cartridge? (Press the Stop button again as needed.)

Do you have windows xp, vista, or 7, or 8, 10, or mac computer?
