Can you get to any of the apps screens?

McAfee Mobile Security offers a web portal where you can control and send commands to your device. If you are unable to unlock your device with the correct PIN, you can log in to the web portal and unlock your device there:

  1. Log in to www.mcafeemobilesecurity.com using Mobile number or email address.
  2. If you have more than one account select the appropriate one.
  3. Go to Lock Page.
  4. Click the Unlock button to send the command to your device.


Alternatively, you can either request the Support PIN from the website or device, or use the Security Question feature.

To request the Support PIN from the website

  1. Go to www.mcafeemobilesecurity.com.
  2. Select Email and click Forgot PIN and type the email address or phone number.
  3. Tick the box that says "My mobile device is locked"
  4. Check your registered email for an email containing the Support PIN.
