Both my mouse and touchpad have stopped working. While I can guess this is probably a software problem, I am not tech savvy and don't know how to fix it. What should I do?

Hi Janet,

Hold down the Power button for 5-10 seconds until your computer powers off. Wait 1 minute and power it back on again.

Check to see if the touchpad/mouse are working again.
