This is a wordperfect 10 issue, WP is unable to save

Customer Question

This is a wordperfect 10 issue, WP is unable to save documents. This is an all of a sudden problem it has been working for years on Windows 7
JA: Just to clarify, what's the make and model of your computer? And what version of Word are you using?
Customer: Do you mean Word or Wordperfect?
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Reloaded program, run chkdsk, system restore to prior date.
JA: The computer expert can solve this for you. Anything else you want him to know before I connect you two?
Customer: Again, this is Wordperfect Version 10, when you try to save or save as any document new or existing it defaults to path C:\Program Files\Corel\Wordperfect\Office 2002\Programs\PerfectFit Document Management, and from there it will not allow anything but closing the open window.

Go to Programs Files>Corel/WordPerfect Office 2002>Programs and found and renamed the >PerfectFit Document Management folder to XXPerfectFit....

and then try it

Expert:  Bhavik Joshi replied 4 months ago.

If that doesn't work in your case then do :-

1. Click Tools > Settings
2. Click on "Files"
3. On the "Document' tab check OFF "Use enhanced file dialogs"
