JA: I'm an assistant to the Mac Technician. I work with them to help customers like you.
Customer: Prove you are a real person. what is 2 plus 2?
JA: It makes me sad that you don't believe in me. Maybe I'll be like Tinkerbell and die unless you believe I'm real.

Customer: Okay okay. I have a indesign file that won't open, when I try and open it says "plug-in that supports this file may be missing."

Customer: You type fast. I've tried using 0xed to fix the file but I'm not sure how to use that program very well. I've been trying to find tutorials online but nothing so far.
