Hi,

I'm sorry about the issue. When did this issue first occur?

Do you have windows xp, vista, or 7, or 8, 10?

Can we do a remote support session, so I can troubleshoot the issue directly on your computer together with you?

Please reply at the box below. Thank you,

It looks like you are not there; I do not know your computer Windows version, but let me provide a couple of general solutions first. Please get back to me when you can.

Solution #1:

  1. Close all Internet Explorer windows / websites for now.
  2. Open Control Panel.
; (If needed, press at the same time the two keys Window and R on the keyboard, then type control then click OK, then the Control Panel window will open.)
  3. Open Network and Internet / Internet Options.
  4. Then click on Delete and delete only temporary internet files.
  5. Click the Advanced tab, and then click Reset.
  6. In the Reset Internet Explorer Settings dialog box, click Reset.
  7. Click on Close.
  8. Then open Internet Explorer, and check your aol email.

Solution #2:

- If that does not work, please download and install the Firefox program at the website below:

http://www.firefox.com/

, keep default options during installation and import if prompted

, then close Internet Explorer program

, then open Firefox program, then go to the website aol.com in the Firefox program, then see if you can use your aol email fine in the Firefox program.
