There may have been a billing issue or possibly account issue. I think the quickest way to get this resolved would be to contact the billing team.
Go to the link below and either click Chat Now under live chat or click view local numbers under phone support to get the number to call for your area. They will be able to look up your account into based off your prior billing information.
