Customer Question

I recently switched from Windows XP to Windows 10. I am having problems installing Acad version 2002. The installation stalls at about 80%. I then copied/replaced my old Land Desktop 3 program to the newly installed directory. The program opens up and then gives the following 2 error messages and then closes the program.
Exception in C:\Program Files (x86)\Land Desktop 3\acadmap.arx ARX Command
Unhandled Exception C0000005 (Access Violation Reading 0x0000) at address 1C08CD99h
Autocad Error Aborting
FATAL ERROR: Unhandled Access Violation Reading 0x202973cd Exception at 91878ch
I know this is an old version of Acad, but I am no longer in the surveying business and can not afford to upgrade to the new version. Please help. Thank you!

Unfortunately Autocad 2002 doesn't work in Windows 10. You would need to create a Windows XP virtual machine in order to run it on your computer.

Do you by chance have a Windows XP disc and valid Windows XP product key?
