My computer freezes too often and I have to restart it, then I loose everything I have on the screen
JA: Just to clarify, what's the make and model of your machine, and what operating system are you running?
Customer: My computer is a Gateway and I am running on Windows 10

Customer: When I am in the middle of an acitivity, for example searching on google maps, the computer will freeze and I loose my directions
